INKGOD KLAZZIK TATTOOS

ATTENDING YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please complete your tattoo consent form prior to arrival as this will

speed up the process on your arrival.

You may bring a friend or family member along for moral support if it

is your first tattoo or you are of a nervous disposition, however,

please do not bring an entourage as we do not have the space within

the work rooms and space in our waiting area is limited. Also having

too much hustle and bustle within the studio can be very distracting

to the artists. On occasions it may not be possible to have a

chaperone due to furniture arrangements. Any final decisions are

made by the artist and/or the studio manager.

Only persons over the age of 18 are allowed within the tattooing area.

If you have children please make alternative arrangements for their

care during your tattoo as they will not be able to attend with you

and we do not allow children to remain unsupervised in the waiting

area.

Arrive on time for your appointment. If you run late, you may not be

able to proceed with your tattoo. You may be charged for the time in

which the artist has committed to your appointment or asked to pay

another deposit in order to secure a new appointment.

There is no PDQ machine within the premises, therefore all

payments must be made in person in cash, bank transfer or via

paypal or Zelle directly to the individual artist.

Wear appropriate clothing to allow your artist access to the area to

be tattooed, whilst protecting your modesty. There is a potential that

ink or blood may soil your clothing.

Please shower before your appointment and refrain from applying

any creams, lotions, ointments, false tan to the area that is to be

tattooed. This includes any numbing cream or receptor blockers.

If you are feeling unwell in the days prior to your appointment, please

contact your artists to discuss whether or not it is suitable to tattoo

you. Being tattooed can be exhaustive and put your body under

strain. If your immune system is already compromised, this may

effect the tattoo process and your heal. In cases where attendees are

visually physically unwell, we may not be able to proceed with your

appointment.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

All appointments require a deposit which is non-refundable. The

deposit amount is calculated based on the duration of the

appointment and is at the discretion of your chosen artist.

If you decide to cancel your appointment or provide less than 48

hours notice to request a rearrangement, you shall forfeit your

deposit. If you need to rearrange your appointment and provide

more than 48 hours notice, the artist shall carry your deposit over to

a rearrangement made at this time.

Our artists do not hold deposits therefore if an appointment is not

rearranged it shall be treated as a cancellation.

Multiple rearrangements may lead to the forfeiture of your deposit,

this again is at the discretion of the artist.

If a touch up session is booked in, these terms and conditions also

apply to that appointment.

Late rearrangement or failure to attend a touch up session will

invalidate our free touch up policy and any further appointment will

be subject to a new quotation.

By paying a deposit and securing a space in the diary, you confirm that

you have read and will adhere to the above conditions. Any breach of

the above conditions may lead to you having your appointment

cancelled and your deposit forfeited. Your deposit remains under the

control and responsibility of the artist.

If you attend your appointment in breach of the above terms and

conditions, you shall forfeit your deposit, and another will be required to

make an alternative appointment.

It is our duty to provide a safe environment for our clients, artists,

associates and employees or Inkgod Klazzik's Tattoo Studio. Please listen to

the safety advice offered by any of the above. Bad language and

offensive behaviour will not be tolerated. Noncompliance with the

above may lead you to be ejected from the premises at the instruction

of the artist or our studio manager.
